A special time, needs special measures. According to this motto we respect all hygiene and safety measures for you:
- Disinfection of all rooms and surfaces with special cleaning agent
- Disinfection for the hands is available to every guest in the chalet and in all public areas
- Each guest is provided with a protective mask if required
- All our employees wear mouth and nose masks for the protection of our guests and for their own protection
- A safety distance of 2 meters is indicated to all our guests and employees
- On our large sun terrace and in the restaurant the tables are placed according to the recommended safety distance
Especially during this time a chalet benefits our guests with more privacy and safety:
- Enjoy a private breakfast in the Chalet
- Far away from crowds we offer you our Chalet Service for a pleasant private dinner in the Chalet
- Access to many hiking possibilities directly from the chalet village, without having to use crowded buses or lifts
- On request, our staff will never enter your chalet during your stay

- Private infrared cabin in own chalet
- Private jacuzzi on own panoramic balcony
- Individual Massages in the Chalet are offered on request
- Each chalet has its own access
Adjusted cancellation policy:
If travel restrictions occur in connection with Corona, we offer our guests a free cancellation service until 3 days before arrival. We are happy to accept postponements of your holiday if you are unable to take your well-earned holidays.
